Where the $939 goes
The list of seven prices is less useful than what those prices buy. Grouped by purpose, the funnel splits into three parts.
$464 of the $939 — Reseller and Whitelabel together — buys the right to sell the software to other people. Neither improves the hosting you came for.
That is not a criticism. Resale and white-label rights are real assets for someone with an audience. But they are a different business from hosting your own websites, and they arrive at positions four and six in a flow where attention is already thin.
Which HostPilot AI upgrades are worth it
Upgrade 1 — Pro · $67 ($46.90 with code)
Adds a built-in autoresponder with SMTP, off-server cloud storage, file encryption, collaboration features and an outsourcer's licence. Of those, the storage and the outsourcer's licence are the ones with practical weight — the first because off-server backup is genuinely different from backup on the same box, the second because it lets other people work in your account.
The autoresponder is worth less than it sounds. Email deliverability depends on sender reputation and warmed domains, not on where the software sits, and a bundled SMTP on shared infrastructure is not a substitute for a dedicated sending setup.
Buy this only after the hosting itself has proven stable for a week.
Upgrade 2 — Enterprise · $197 ($137.90 with code)
Described as "100% restrictions removed" plus a developer licence and a mobile app builder. The difficulty is that the front end already advertises unlimited hosting, unlimited storage and unlimited sites — so it is not clear what restriction remains to remove.
That is the question to put to the sales page before paying $197. If the answer is a specific ceiling stated as a number, fine. If the answer is the word "unlimited" repeated more emphatically, decline it.
Upgrade 5 — Mega Bundle (IMX) · $97 ($67.90 with code)
Contains four distinct products: a content creator, a product generator, an agency business generator and a traffic tool. None of them is HostPilot AI.
The right question is not "does this make my hosting better" but "would I pay $97 for these four tools today?" If you would not go looking for them, the answer does not change because they appeared mid-checkout.
Upgrade 3 — DFY · $97 ($67.90 with code)
Content templates, funnel templates, an AI article wizard and a rewriter engine. The structural problem is the one every done-for-you tier shares: the templates handed to you are handed to every other buyer of this tier, in the same week.
For websites and funnels that matters directly. Identical templates published across hundreds of sites is a pattern search engines are specifically good at recognising, and the consequence lands on your domain rather than the vendor's.
Upgrade 4 — Reseller $167 · Upgrade 6 — Whitelabel $297
$464 combined. Reseller supplies pages, sales video, members area and swipes; Whitelabel lets you rebrand the platform entirely and keep everything.
Both require the same missing ingredient: people to sell to. And both carry an obligation the sales page does not mention — if you resell hosting under your own brand, your customers' support requests come to you, and their sites going down is your problem to explain.
The test: can you name where the first ten buyers come from, and who answers their tickets at 2am? If either answer is missing, decline both.

What I would actually buy
The front end at $11.90 with the code, and nothing else on day one.
Migrate one site you already own — not your main one. Point a domain at it, enable SSL, and leave it for a week. Check load times from a couple of locations and watch for outages. That single test tells you more about a hosting product than every feature list combined, and it costs $11.90.
If it holds up, Pro at $46.90 is the only upgrade that changes the account itself. That is $58.80 all in, against a $657.30 alternative.
